Truffled puff pastry

Ingredients for 2 persons

– 1 puff pastry base
– 400 g of crushed natural tomato
– 100 g of Gouda cheese in this case, you can use your favorite, a mild flavor better!
– 15 g black truffle Tuber melanosporum
– Oregano

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 220ºC. Mark the puff pastry with a fork so that it does not puff up in the oven and put it in the oven for 15 minutes so that the base is done. Remove the puff pastry and add the crushed tomato base and the cheese and put it back in the oven for another 10 minutes. Remove the puff pastry, add a little oregano and grate the truffle just before eating. Our black truffle puff pastry recipe is ready, enjoy!
