Truffled macaroni with cheese sauce

Ingredients for 4 persons

– 400 g of macaroni
– 1 brik of evaporated milk (210 g approx.)
– 150 g of Manchego cheese in this case, you can use your favorite, some of mild taste better
– 20 g black truffle Tuber melanosporum
– 1 garlic
– 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
– Parsley


We begin by cooking the macaroni. While they are cooking, we take the opportunity to prepare the sauce. To do this, in a frying pan with a spoonful of olive oil, brown a chopped garlic. Once it is browned, add a brik of evaporated milk and grate the cheese on top. Once the cheese has melted, mix it with the drained macaroni. Add a little parsley and slice the truffle just before eating.¬† Now we have our original macaroni recipe ready, don’t you think it looks very nice? Enjoy!
