As you liked the first pizza recipe with black truffle very much, today we bring you another one. Easy, quick, aromatic and exquisite. This time it is made with our laminated black truffle, so you can enjoy it at any time of the year.


Ingredients for a single pizza

– 167 g of plain flour type 00
– 97 ml of water
– 5 ml of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
– 1 g dry yeast
– 3 tablespoons of crushed natural tomato
– 70 g mozzarella cheese
– 50 g grated Emmental cheese
– 20 g slices of black truffle Tuber melanosporum
– Salt


The dough recipe can be found in the Pizza with black truffle recipe above. Once prepared, the following is very simple. Put a little oil on a baking tray together with the dough in the shape of a circle and the crushed tomato. We will put it in the oven at 300ºC until the dough is cooked, between 6 and 8 minutes. Then add the mozzarella and put it back in the oven until it is almost done. Once it is close to being gratinized, add the grated cheese and leave it in the oven for a couple of minutes more. Now we take it out of the oven and place a few slices of black truffle and a little of the oil that preserves it on top. The aroma you will get at that moment will undoubtedly be one of the best sensations of the day. Enjoy!
