The truffle is a product of the countryside, of the land and nature that is still harvested as in the old days thanks to our dogs trained for this task and who enjoy it as much as we do. Maintaining this traditional harvesting we have been incorporating the demands that today’s world imposes on us, taking into account sustainable development and the environment throughout the process of production and sale of the truffle.
TRACEABILITY
By identifying each of our batches, we guarantee to know the origin of the truffles we send, the truffle grower in charge of harvesting them and the dog that found them.
Refrigerated shipment
From the moment they are harvested until they reach your hands, our truffles are kept refrigerated. For shipment we use isothermal containers together with cold accumulators, which comply with current regulations. This way we guarantee that you can enjoy the truffles with their maximum splendor of aroma, flavor and appearance.
SANITARY REGISTRATION
We have sanitary registration for the commercialization and distribution of our truffles.
